Thanks to JEM - Arte & Agua, residents of this home can enjoy a true urban oasis. Suitable for relaxation, the outdoor area has 4 overflow pools, 2 of which have glass walls, furniture and natural gas fireplaces. In addition, a single fully automated mechanism manages all of the aquatic facilities. This construction was carried out almost entirely during the winter, which enabled residents to take advantage of their facilities from June.
